About Ann

I have always been involved in business. I started working as a cashier for my father in my teens and after completing Business College started my career as an accounts receivable clerk. I was the Controller for Sussex Machine Shop and Family Services (Sussex) Inc in New Brunswick. Later I had a home based business assisting home based and small businesses with their bookkeeping and computer software training in New Brunswick. I sold this business when I had the opportunity to work on my Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. I received my CA designation while working for Deloitte and Touché in New Brunswick where I worked in the small business division. Since then I have worked for 2 mid-size accounting firms in a senior management position where I reviewed Notice to Readers and Review statements and was part of the Quality Control team for public company audits.
